If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a refund or
replacement request on the Website within 7 days of receiving the product.
Defective item:
- Vedson may provide support via self-help guides or on call or at doorstep, as applicable.
- If this issue is not resolved, please contact Brand or visit the Service Centre.
- Brand will repair the product or provide a replacement or Defective certificate, as applicable.
The time taken for resolution will be as per Brand warranty policies.
- Please check for nearest Brand service center in your location from brand website.
Physical Damage, Wrong, Missing Items:
- Returns will not be accepted if you don't give full video of package unboxingproperly.
- Remote verification by image/video will be done by vedson

Replacement Instructions
1) Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's
original packaging/freebies and accessories).
2) The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
