Replacement Guarantee Policy

Vedson replacement guarantee policy assists buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Vedson Platform. Return/Replacement policy period depends on the product category, seller and on the product detail page which is mentioned. If at the time of delivery or within the applicable return policy period mentioned on product page if any defect/damage/wrong product is found then the buyer of the product/s can ask for the replacement of the product/s from the seller and seller is liable to do replacement subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Inform the seller on www.vedson.in or vedson platform regarding any defects in the product at the time of delivery or within the applicable return/replacement policy period and the same product will be replace in return of the defective product/s.

Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the products subject to the availability with the seller.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement.

1.1 Incidental Damage Due to malfunctioning of the product/s.

1.2 Any consumable items which has been used/installed.

1.3 Damages due to misuse of the product/s.

1.4 Digital products/services.

1.5 Products with tampered or missing serial/upc numbers/any number given by the manufacturer.

1.6 Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

1.7 Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the original box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, MRP Tag, and all other items and accessories originally included with the product/s delivered to the buyer.

1.8 Jewellery which is ‘made to order’ on customer request.

1.9 On Clothing and footwear please see the return policy details subject to the following conditions:

Clothes & Footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

Original Tags, MRP Tag, manufacturers packaging and any other original accessories should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

1.10 Seller can always accept the replacement irrespective of replacement policy.

1.11 Any product defect or any damage or any software related issue and if it comes under product warranty than customer has to directly contact manufacturer or manufacturer service centre for warranty purpose. In this case replace will not be possible by the seller.

Returned are not applicable for “Made to order” product/s.

Damaged or defective or ‘not as described’ products in the product page.

Customers who have been blocked for any suspicious or fraudulent activity on vedson will not be allowed to return their products.

Vedson reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. Vedson may also block, suspend, restrict, cancel the display name of seller or buyer and they will not be able to avail this replacement policy.

If Vedson comes to know or have any suspicion that any of its buyers or sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false or not genuine that vedson reserves right to take action against them by initiating civil and/or criminal proceeding and all consequences and money related consequences will have to be borne by the buyer or seller.
