Why have i not received my product yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.

What is difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our website / mobile application (E.g Dispatched within 2 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our sellers end. The delivery may take 2 to 5 days depending on the shipping address specified for the order.

Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?

For many products on Vedson there is delivery charges are free. Please see shipping/delivery charges on a particular product page for that product.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by contacting us through phone or email immediately or within 1 day period or you can raise a request from the order section against that order by clicking on Return Product but within 1 day with valid photos or videos. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Which courier company do you use for delivery?

We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners. The courier service provider for your order is selected based on your location and availability.

I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?

We don’t deliver products internationally right now. However, you can place orders to India from anywhere in the world.

Which cities are these products available in?

Vedson offers delivery all over India. Our main aim is to reach and serve maximum customers in every corner of the country.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be initiated in 24 to 48 working hours after the returned product is received by the seller and seller approves the refund after the quality check is passed by the seller.

How do i return or replace a product?

You need to visit vedson website or mobile application, Login to your account - My account - My Orders. Select which item you want to return or replace. And then we will take care of the rest. You can return/replace the product in days mentioned on the product page or as per vedson return/replacement policy. You can return the product if: • Faulty/Defective product • Physically damaged product • The product is different from description on the website • Size/Fit issue. We will arrange for pickup of your package within 2 to 3 working days of receipt of your request after seller/vedson approves the return request. Pickup of your package will be done through one of our courier partners.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before the shipment of your product is done. Login to your account ? My Account ? Orders. Click on Cancel Order buttion against the order which you want to cancel. You can click on Cancel Order Button and cancel the order. We will refund your amount to your Vedson Credit immediately if the order status has not been confirmed or Ready To Ship Status.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product, we request you to report your concern through My Account? Orders and in that you get Return Product and you can select Return/Replacement Option by selecting the reason. And this you have to do within 2 day immediately in case you receive the wrong product. Also make sure you take continues video of the package before opening of the package, at the time of opening of the package and then take video of the product, if seller/vedson require this video and photos than we can ask to you before reverse pickup approval. Seller/Vedson will take action immediately within 1 or 2 days after your request. If still action is not taken automatically on the Orders Section than you can contact us to our Contact Us form or call us within 2 days of request done of your order. We’ll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 2-4 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty product, we request you to raise a replacement/return/exchange request within days mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 2-4 working days of receipt of your request after approval from the seller and after receipt of the product seller will inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, seller will replace/exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request. If there is any fault which can be covered under manufacturer warranty than for that you have to contact manufacturer or service centre.

What are the terms and condition for return/replacement policy?

Our 5 days return and replacement policy ensures that you have a hassle free shopping experience with vedson.in. But for more details regarding return and replacement policy kindly check product detail page. On product detail page return and replacement policy mentioned will be final. Our service guarantees your purchase and gives you your money back in case we falter on our commitments. Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement. • Product must be in their original condition. • Only unused products, unaltered products, unsoiled products and keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tag attached, user manual, warranty card and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick up, refund and replacement. • Amount value will be refunded in Vedson Credit which can be used in partial or fully to purchase any other item from vedson.in only. • Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded products. These products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refund, replacement and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same. • Replacements will be made on basis of availability of that product with the seller, otherwise we will issue refund to you in your Vedson Credit. • Brand/Manufacturer packaging should be intact

I bought an item and it does not fit my size. Can I Change it?

Absolutely!! Vedson offers a “No question asked size change policy” for your apparel and footwear. You can get the size replaced anytime whist sitting at home. Go to My Orders and select which product you want to replace in return days mentioned on product detail page. We will get back to you and arrange for reverse pickup for the product within 2-4 working days from the reverse pick up approval date by seller/vedson and replace with the right size you select.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

If you receive a physically damaged product, report your concern through My Account ? Orders and click on Return Request Button within 2 days of the order is delivered to you with video and photo proof of the package while opening the package. If you take video than it will be more good to approve your request faster. You will then be requested to share images/video of the product. Once approved by seller, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 2-4 working days from the approval date, seller will receive the product back and check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request. Refund will be given to the buyers Vedson Credit Account.

How long will it take to cancel my order?

We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete. Refund will be given in Vedson Credit only.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Vedson?

Replacements are done on basis of availability of the product with seller. If the product is not available with the seller, seller will ask us to initiate refund and we will initiate refund to your Vedson Credit.

What do I do if product received is different from the description on Vedson?

You can raise a return/replacement request from My Account ? Orders. Select the item which you want to return/replace. You have to raise a request within the return/replacement policy days mentioned in product detail page at the time of you ordered. If you receive a product that is different from the description on Vedson.in, you can also report your concern through our Contact Us form or call us. You will then be requested to share images/video of the product. After it is approved by seller, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 2-4 working days. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

For eligibility of return/replacement you have to check on product detail page for more details. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement. • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled. • Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene. • Personal health care products, FMCG Products, hygiene products. • Products which were sold as combo/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual item. • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold. • In case of branded electronic items, brands return, repair and replacement policy will apply.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

If we arrange the pick-up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the amount the full courier amount in Store Credits upto Rs 75. If more courier charges you have paid you have to share courier receipt with us for the same to get the courier amount in store credit upto Rs 200

REFUNDS

When will I get my refund?

We will refund the amount as per below mentioned timeline. Refund Timeline for Vedson Credit is 24-48 working hours. This above timeline will start after the approval of refund from the seller/vedson once the product is received back by the seller, quality check has been passed by the seller and refund approval is given by seller to vedson. Full Refund will be given in vedson store credit. For back to original source 2% payment gateway charges will be deducted by us.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate refund into your Vedson Credit. And you can purchase any other item from Vedson quickly and easily to get orders delivered fast.

What about my refund after cancellation?

Don’t worry as your payment is protected with Vedson. We take 24-48 hours to complete your refund after receipt of the product by the seller, seller quality check and seller approval of refund. Refund will be done in Vedson Credit which you can use to purchase any other product from Vedson.in to get order delivery fast.

How will I get a refund for the product I cancelled or returned?

For returned products, we will first try to find a replacement for it. If we cannot, seller will initiate a refund. For both cancelled orders and returned products, you will receive amount in Vedson Credit which you can use it for your next purchase to get fast delivery of ordered product.

PURCHASING ON VEDSON

Do your products come with guarantee/warranty details?

Vedson guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, security, quality, support and value for money. All products sold on Vedson are original, genuine and covered under fixed period manufacturer warranty for hardware or software issues, wherever applicable. For more information regarding guarantee/warranty please read the product page carefully. For guarantee and warranty customer has to contact directly manufacturer service centre or manufacturer for guarantee and warranty.

I haven’t received any SMS/E-mail confirmation about the order I just placed on Vedson. What should I do?

Please go in My Order section in Vedson website or mobile application. Still you don’t see your order please contact us with your transaction details immediately and we will look into it immediately and get back to you within 24-48 working hours.

I have added a few products to my cart but I won’t be buying them now. Can you save my list

Yes absolutely. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you remove those. However, since our inventory sells out faster, it is advised that you complete your purchase as soon as you can. Prices may also change at the time of final purchase.

Can I buy more than one product in one go?

Yes, you can. As you click the buy button on a product page, it gets added to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you want and then pay for the entire order in one go.

I am interested in a product that is sold out. How can I buy it?

Don’t be disheartened if a product you like is not available currently. Click the notify me button/link on the product page. We will let you know the moment your selected product is back in stock.

I don’t know how to buy online. What should I do?

Don’t worry if you have never bought online. Here are the steps to buy products and deals on Vedson 1. Click on any product which you want to buy and product detail page will open. 2. Click the buy button on the product or deal you like. 3. Click the Proceed to Payment button 4. Enter your name, email id, phone number, shipping address, company name and GST (in case of company purchase) if you are buying products. 5. Click Proceed to Payment button. 6. Select your payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Card EMI, Wallet, UPI). If you are not comfortable paying online you can choose Cash on Delivery option and pay on the actual delivery of your product. Payment options depends on products.

How do I know my purchase is complete?

You will see a confirmation message on the screen along with your order number. If you have bought deals, you will also receive your Vedson Vouchers over email and SMS to confirm your purchase.

I did not get an invoice with my product bought from Vedson. What should I do?

All Vedson products are delivered along with an invoice. In case an invoice is not given to you along with your delivered product, you can Login to your account ? My Order ? Click on Invoice number of any order to get Invoice of your order. If still you cannot get your invoice please contact us with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

Payments

What is Vedson Credit?

Vedson Credit is a type of money that can (only) be used on Vedson to make purchases. Vedson Credit is non-transferrable. Vedson reserves the right to amend policies related to distribution/redemption of Vedson Credit.

Can I use Vedson Credit to purchase any product or deal on Vedson?

Yes, you can use Vedson Credit to purchase all products on Vedson.

What is COD?

COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to use your credit/debit card or use online banking transaction mode. You have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.

Can I pay COD (Cash on Delivery) for every product I buy on Vedson?

Almost all products are having COD options but you have to check in the payment page only whether COD option is available for that product or not. You can also check COD available in the product detail page. But final you will be able to check in the payment page only.

Is it safe to save card details on Vedson?

Yes, your card details are 100% safe with us. The card details are saved only after successful completion of your order.

What information does Vedson Store when I save my card?

We store only card number, the card holder name and the card expiry date. We do not store the CVV number or the 3D secure password. Even for a saved card, you need to enter your CVV number for every transaction, thereby keeping the control of the card with you only.

What is the advantage of saving my card on Vedson?

Shopping is faster as it saves you the hassle of entering your card details every time you buy at Vedson. Saved card details can be used to make payments during the checkout process.

How many cards can I save on Vedson?

As many as you like.

Is there a prerequisite for saving a card and using it?

If you are a registered user at Vedson and are logged in during the transaction, you will be able to save the card if you choose the credit card or debit card option.

What kind of cards I can save on Vedson?

You can save any Master/Visa credit card, any Master/Visa Maestro debit card and Rupay card. The card should have been issued in India.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What do I do?

Please contact us with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account and in that case you have to contact your card holder bank.

How does the refund process work and what is the time limit?

Once the order is cancelled at the Vedson website, Vedson ensures that you get the amount to be refunded within 2-4 working days into Vedson Credit. Depending upon the order stage and order status.

Does Vedson Credit have any Expiry date?

No Vedson Credit does not have any expiry date.

But depending on the reason due to which Vedson credit has been credited to your account, as loyalty points it is assigned a specific expiry date. You may check the expiry date of your Vedson Credit under Vedson Credit section in your profile. You need to logged into your account to view Vedson Credit. In case of loyalty points or promotional credit points only there is expiry date.
